    I like the dinner , the staffs are nice and kind .

    The Wi-Fi maybe is too much guests use so the Wi-Fi is a bit slow

    Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The facilities were excellent and the room was very comfortable.

    Maybe a private spa area as people were a bit uncomfortable to share.

    The location and outlook from the Lakeview villas was spectacular and unique.

    Possibly the distance from the town centre but the uncluttered aspect more than made up for the inconvenience of using the bus to go to town.

    Polite and welcoming staff and incredible hotel.

    Reasonably large & fairly clean hotel, exceptional service, marvellous and brilliant location to the accommodation from the city centre. Delicious breakfast with great vegan options, complementary drinks.

    Fairly clean and fabulous place with great and approaching staff at reception desk. Good swimming pool and stunning location not far from the Lake and snow capped Mountains, and lovely Lake Wakatipu. Also, to the town centre in Queenstown.

    Parking charge of $15 per night feels unreasonable!!! The outdated decor and old carpets left a lot to be desired!!!

    Complimentary upgrade to Villa - outstanding views, lovely furniture/kitchen/bathrooms, comfortable beds and extremely tidy.

    Spa and pool facilities were not quite as nice as our room.

    good stay, but location requires effort

    The staff provided really good service, cute us with chocolates and a thoughtful note. The gym facilities were excellent, offering a great way to stay active .

    The location on the hill can be a bit challenging after a long day.

    Exceptional service from the hotel staff. My rental car's mud protector was falling off and I just asked if they could call the rental company for me to check the price, but instead the kind hotel staff insisted to fix the problem free of charge. Also, one of the days I asked the conceige to book the bus pick up to the mountains, the bus company made a mistake and didnt come and the hotel quickly organised a taxi for me to the town centre to catch the bus from the main station (free of charge again).

    Would be good if the Jacuzzi was outdoors
